CHEF ANDREA MIGLIACCIO COMING TO MADRID
Born on the island of Isquia in the Bay of Naples, Andrea Migliaccio, the recently appointed Brand Chef of Mytha Hotel Anthology, is bringing his considerable talent to Madrid for the first time and showcasing the Il Riccio restaurant at the Hotel Villa Magna.
Andrea’s restaurants on the island of Capri, L’Olivo and Il Riccio have two and one star Michelin stars respectively and Andrea and his team will be at the Restaurante Villa Magna from May 22 to 28. Andrea proposes a tasting menu for lunch and one for dinner as well as the a la carte menu. On Sunday, May 28 for lunch Andrea will prepare an antipasti buffet and a fabulous array of your favourite Italian dishes at the terrace of the restaurant.
Savour exquisite dishes such as baked eggplant timbale “parmigiana” style with smoked cheese and basil, risotto with assorted sea food sauce and sea bass fillet with bitter Neapolitan spinach and lemon scented mayonnaise.
